My experience at Suffolk Autos was top tier! I would give 10 stars if I could. I was just about to give up until I found them. Steve is friendly, honest, and informative. He made sure I understood the entire process and I did not feel any pressure. Not only did I have multiple options with less than perfect credit, all of my options were great. All cars were in amazing condition and they make sure it's clean and serviced before you take it. Even after running into obstacles, they guaranteed I would be able to take home a car. I am EXTREMELY happy with my purchase. All staff was very helpful. Thank you Suffolk Autos!

After being turned down by other dealerships and seeing not so good quality cars I decided to stop to Suffolk autos having doubts that I would be approved for a car Steve definitely proved me wrong he is amazing, kind, and patient! If you are looking for a clean, quality, used vehicle at a reasonable price, you should put Suffolk Autos Inc. on Route 112 in Medford on your list to visit. Ask for Steve, he is the "no pressure" salesman we worked with. He made the entire purchase experience very easy for us. The out-the-door price he quoted is the price we paid. There were no surprise extra fees or small print additions on our bill at closing. Plus, he gave us a 90 day free warranty on the vehicle, and had a locksmith repair an extra key at no charge to us. Compared to the larger dealerships we visited, Suffolk Auto Inc. had a larger selection of used vehicles to chose from and better prices.The hardest part of the whole process was deciding which vehicle to buy. You know it's a good problem to have if you have ever shopped for a used car. I definitely recommend Suffolk Autos Inc.and give Steve 5 stars. I would give you 6 stars if I could.

I was visiting my best friend and he was in need of a used car. This was the first place on his list for the day. I was blown away by the inventory and focus on customer service. This was also the only place we ended up going to that day. They had earned his business and when the time comes I need a used car I told my best friend I am flying back up here but one way because I’ll be driving my car back. Other dealerships could learn a ton on how to run a business from Suffolk Autos!!!!

I have been looking for a quality used car dealership and it’s always the same thing. False advertised price. I was fortunate enough to meet Steve at Suffolk Autos. He is truly the most honest and genuine individual I’ve met. I’ve never had a good reason to review a business, now I do. If your looking for a used car I highly recommend Suffolk Autos in Medford .

Steve was absolutely fantastic, professional and transparent. He truly treats customers like family. I didn’t think I would get approved for financing and had been denied everywhere, until Steve made it happen. My truck is everything I wanted and more, the entire process was great and they stay true to their word. Absolutely would recommend to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

After a long day of looking for a car I ended up at suffolk autos. I was tired, frustrated and disappointed thinking I was gonna leave another place with no car. A place I passed everyday...never stopped. I wish I would of came here months ago. So I was turned away for.cars all day cause of my credit and I had very little money to put down and an old 2003 truck. I thank GOD for Steve. This man was patient he knew what little I had to work with and my credit was terrible. He still didn't turn me away. He took the time and walked me and my husband every step of the way. And even with my credit being bad he didn't give up on us and I left there the same day with exactly what I wanted. 2016 suv with low miles. My best experience. I will always come here for my cars because Steve helped us when we barely had enough money. Steve has a good heart he cares for his customers. Go there for your cars PEOPLE!!! Also the car is in excellent condition and runs brand new

Suffolk Autos Inc is the best place to buy a used vehicle. Steve, the owner brings in nice cars and sells them a great prices! No added costs as you find if you got to the actual car dealerships. Steve supplies the CarFax for the car you have interest in. We will surely deal with Suffolk Autos Inc again in the future. Very fair pricing and no extra costs! In and out same day. Steve was great. I did not feel pressured at all. I was worried about that as a single woman car shopping. He was knowledgeable and honest about the cars. His staff also helped get it ready to drive off the lot--took it for a wash, added a little gas. I love my 2014 Kia Soul. Would come back.

By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I saw the car I wanted on the website and because of the detailed photos I knew this car was going to be mine. After going to several dealers on Rt 112 (Medford) to find a car I ended up at SUFFOLK AUTOS INC. I was greeted by Steve (I didn't have to search for someone to help me).. I was able to test drive as many cars as I wanted with no pressure to buy. Steve offered a great deal with better financing then any other dealer. 5 Star Experience I can't say enough good things about Steve at Suffolk Autos Inc. I was in the market for a car and I was looking for the best deal possible, something that would fit my budget and wouldn't break my bank paying for the insurance since I have points on my license. Steve was willing to work with my family and myself. I showed up on a Sunday and he let me test drive nearly every car in the lot before making my decision. He even stayed an after past closing on Sunday just to make sure that I got to drive each vehicle that I was somewhat interested in. Steve does not pressure you into making a sale and he is very relatable with everything that goes on in daily life. I finally had my eyes set on a 2018 Ford Escape SE and Steve gave me a VERY reasonable price. In fact I tell people how much I got the car for and show them what great condition it is in and they don't even believe me!! Once I decided on the Escape, Steve took care of everything that needed to be taken care of as far as the insurance and the payments, etc. UNMATCHED SERVICE at Suffolk Autos Inc. I will literally recommend them to ANYBODY who is in the market for a used car. 5 star service and quality all around and Steve has a great inventory as well. Do yourself a favor and talk to Steve about getting a used car if you are in the market for one. You would be making a mistake if you go anywhere else!!!!
